United States buyers
Source Tanzanian whole pods or decorticated seeds against a written commercial specification. We prepare the origin, lot, packing and export records while the US importer manages its FDA, prior-notice and supplier-verification duties.

US demand is spread across spice packers, South Asian and Middle Eastern food brands, coffee and tea companies, bakeries and flavour manufacturers. That range makes a single label such as premium cardamom too vague. The order should state pod size or seed form, moisture, cleanliness, packing and the tests needed for the intended product.
US food imports involve responsibilities on both sides. Afri Exports provides the export and lot records agreed in the contract. The US importer or its adviser should confirm facility-registration, prior-notice, Foreign Supplier Verification Program and customs requirements for the specific shipment before booking.
The strongest first order is one that gives the importer a clean file from sample approval through arrival inspection.
The purchase contract, sample, laboratory report and received lot should use the same grade and test language.
The US buyer provides the current FDA, broker and verification requirements that apply to its entry and use.
Batch and origin records let the buyer connect incoming checks to the specific cardamom that was packed in Tanzania.
Visible retail pods, ground spice, bakery inputs and extracts should not all pay for the same screen size.
FDA states that imported food facilities may need registration and that prior notice is generally required. The US importer should confirm how those rules apply to the shipment.
The same four checkpoints keep the sample, contract and commercial lot aligned.
Tell us whether the cardamom is for retail, coffee, tea, baking, milling or extraction, plus the target volume.
Your importer or broker supplies the current facility, entry, labelling and verification requirements.
Both sides approve the representative sample, specification, price, Incoterm, packing and test plan.
Documents are checked before dispatch, then the buyer compares arrival samples with the retained reference.
We can quote commercial Tanzanian cardamom for US buyers. The buyer should provide the destination port, grade, volume and its importer or broker requirements before contract.
The US importer is responsible for confirming its import and supplier-verification duties. We provide agreed exporter, lot, testing and traceability information to support that process.
Use 8 mm or 7 to 8 mm when the whole pod is visible in the pack. A 6 to 7 mm grade is usually better value for ground cardamom or blends. Decorticated seeds suit manufacturers that do not need husk.
Send the product form, grade or end use, volume, destination port and required tests. Our export desk replies within one business day.
